Yes. Any provider with IMAP/SMTP: Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Titan, Yahoo, custom domains. Gmail and Google Workspace users can connect with one click using Google OAuth, with no app password needed. For other providers, use your email password or app password.
Incoho reads incoming emails from your inbox (via the Gmail API for Gmail accounts connected with Google, or IMAP for other providers), classifies them into 10 categories with AI (returns, shipping, order status, wholesale, spam, and more), and drafts a personalized response using your store policies and brand voice. Spam is auto-skipped. You review and approve drafts, or enable auto-send for high-confidence responses with a configurable delay.
Yes. Your email credentials are encrypted at rest via Supabase Vault, and only your account can see your data. Emails and drafts are kept for the life of your account, and deleting your account (Settings > Billing) deletes them immediately. They are shared only with the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.
Yes. Edit your Knowledge Base to define store policies, return windows, shipping info, discount codes, and more. Correct classifications directly from the dashboard, and each correction teaches the AI for next time (with an option to keep a one-off pick from becoming a general rule).
