Yes, from the Billing page. Changes between paid plans take effect immediately and are prorated (upgrades charge the difference; downgrades credit it to future invoices). To move to Free, cancel your subscription; your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
No contracts, ever. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from Manage Subscription on the Billing page. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period and you keep access until then. No cancellation fees.
Incoho stops drafting new emails until your allowance resets or you upgrade. Emails that arrive in the meantime appear in your dashboard marked "Limit reached" (they are not drafted later) so you can answer them yourself. Existing drafts and past emails stay available.
