Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard under Settings > Billing. When you upgrade, the new plan starts immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No contracts, ever. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
When you reach your monthly email limit, Incoho stops processing new incoming emails until your next billing cycle. You will still have full access to your dashboard, existing drafts, and all previously processed emails. We send you a notification when you reach 80% of your limit so you can upgrade if needed.
No. You get a 14-day Pro trial with 200 emails and all Pro features — no credit card required. Sign up, connect your inbox, and start using Incoho immediately.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us at support@incoho.ai and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
